P&B Garden 2025 Seed Starting

2869

It's time to start dreaming about our 2025 garden. Now that we have more flexibility in our retirement, we can plan with greater care and not have to be in such a hurry.

This year, I received a garden journal published by the Dallas Garden School for Christmas from Jennifer. It’s packed with useful information and is incredibly easy to follow. I’ve found that combining my own past experiences with the Dallas Garden School guidance through this journal has made the planning process a lot easier for me this year.

I started seeds much earlier in our conservatory.  So far I have strawflower, stock, feverfew, marigolds, hollyhock, poppies, and daisies. Maintaining the right temperature in this space has been a challenge, so I’m uncertain if the environment has been ideal—but that’s part of the learning process. Just like life, gardening is full of surprises and learning to adapt to changes keeps the process enjoyable and rewarding. Here’s to another season of beautiful flowers at P&B Garden.
